Submitting a Warranty Request
Perfection is desired but unattainable. Lilium Homes prides itself with building high-quality homes, but we know things will come along the way. Our goal is to make the process of getting items fixed as soon as possible as easy as possible.
All warranty claims must be submitted via email. No phone or call warranty claims are accepted. The warranty package provided details of all the warranty items.
Please Include:
- Full address of property and legal owner name
- Details of what the issue(s) is. The more details we get, the easier it is to know whom needs to be in the service appointment.
- Pictures requested, but not required
